Implantology

Dental implants are biocompatible artificial roots that are placed in the bone of the upper or lower jaw in order to support a restoration that replaces a missing tooth (or multiple teeth). Implants therefore allow you to regain chewing function and improve esthetic appearance.

There are generally two steps to replacing missing teeth with implants, the surgical phase and the restoration phase.
